Our artisan selection of traditional Scottish smoked salmon blends rich flavours that run deeper than the cold Atlantic waters from which we source our salmon, with textures only achieved by a commitment to traditional, time-honoured methods and a craft passed down from generation to generation.

With a curing process steeped in history and upheld through the passage of time, John Ross Jr knows one thing if nothing else: the art of smoking.

In fact, it's our smoking process, our 19th century brick kilns and a refusal to smoke anything less than sustainable Grade A salmon from the cool, clear waters of the North West Atlantic that goes into creating award-winning products that are now enjoyed in over 35 countries worldwide.

From classic smoked salmon to some of the more refreshingly specialist smoked salmon, all of our products have been lovingly prepared by hand in order to create balanced, smoky flavours and delicate textures that continue to stand the test of time.
