Refunds & returns

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your goods, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the goods. As the goods are perishable item it’s imperative that we have a fast response from you in order to address any problem as quickly and fairly as possible.  Please keep the product and packaging until you have made contact with us (and do not discard it).
We will require the goods to be returned to our head office and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.  If it is agreed that the products are unfit for consumption, then we will refund all shipping costs and arrange a full refund or replacement order.To return an item please contact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation before returning goods. We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above).

You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after John Ross Jr’s receipt of returned goods.

If we fail to ship an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund.

We are proud to say we have never had a complaint on our mail order service and we plan to keep it this way.


We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
