We are proud to have been awarded a gold award again for our traditional smoked salmon. This year, we also entered our Scottish Smoked salmon pate for the first time and we scooped a gold award for it also!!

Thanks to our unique and time-honoured preparation technique coupled with the superior Scottish salmon we use, we have achieved two prestigious awards, one for our Traditionally Smoked Salmon and another for our Organic Traditionally Smoked Salmon.
Organised by the Guild of Fine Food and referred to as the ‘Oscars of the food industry’ celebrates its 16th anniversary this year. A Great Taste Award is the authoritative, independent standard for Britain’s fine food sector; more and more consumers recognise the gold & black logo as the benchmark for independently proven fine food. The judging standards, devised the Guild of Fine Food, are the most rigorous in the UK. Every entry is blind taste by teams of experts. This years panel inclued food critics, chefs, delicatessen and farm shop owners, food producers and buyers.
