Our smoked salmon products have been awarded ‘Gold’ at this year’s Great Taste Awards. Thanks to our unique and time-honoured preparation technique coupled with the superior Scottish salmon we use, we have achieved two prestigious awards, one for our Traditionally Smoked Salmon and another for our Organic Traditionally Smoked Salmon.

Great Taste Awards

Organised by the Guild of Fine Food and referred to as the ‘Oscars of the food industry’ celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. A Great Taste Award is the authoritative, independent standard for Britain’s fine food sector; more and more consumers recognise the gold & black logo as the benchmark for independently proven fine food. The judging standards, devised the Guild of Fine Food, are the most rigorous in the UK. Every entry is blind taste by teams of experts. This year’s judges include Alex James, farmer, journalist and bass player with Blur, mark hix, the chef’s chef, Charles Campion from Evening Standard & The Independent, Tom parker-Bowles of UKTV Food’s Market Kitchen and national food journalist Fiona Sims.
