We deliver anywhere in Scotland, England and Wales within 48 hours from receiving and order from Tuesday to Friday. Due to the perishable nature of the products the delivery costs are too high for us to mail order outside of the UK currently. Unfortuantely for the same reason we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and other overseas destinations. 

We are happy to quote carriage costs seperately for these destinations, please call our customer service team on 01224 876677 for a quote.

We are able to take orders in advance, especially if you would like to arrange delivery for a special occasion (birthday’s anniversaries etc). Simply tell us where you would like the goods delivered to (either your home or work address or perhaps a friend’s address). We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (with an additional surcharge of £7.50 for a Saturday delivery). 

You will have the opportunity at the purchase stage to advise us if the goods are a gift and if there are any special delivery instructions. We can arrange to put in a special message within the goods if they are a gift.

It is best to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods, as ideally they need to be refrigerated on arrival, however we can leave packages in a cool area for a certain amount of time (no more than 4 hours is advisable). Please let us know what to do with a package if you might not be in at the delivery address. This might be leaving it with a neighbour or around the back of the house in a secure, cool and dry place.
