Four whole mackerel caught from Peterhead on the east coast of Scotland. Great for barbequeing, can also be fried, grilled or roasted. Supplied fresh from June until September when in season. Otherwise supplied from frozen (but may thaw out slightly on route). Weighing approx 400g each.
